PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevation lighting system in which an electronic circuit part for elevation control of a luminaire will not make malfunction. SOLUTION: A first electric contact 2 provided on the side of a luminaire 1 is brought to get in contact with a second electric contact 3 provided on the ceiling side by a rise of the luminaire to enable power to be fed, and an electronic circuit part 4 for ascent/descent control of the luminaire is disposed close to the upper side of the second electric contact 3, where a metal shield plate 6 having a hole 5 corresponding to the second electric contact 3 is provided around the second electric contact 3 in this elevation luminaire.
