PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device installation base allowing easy installation of a device (overcurrent relay). SOLUTION: A base main body 1 is provided with a fixing part 2 having an insertion hole 2a for inserting an installation screw 40, an abutment part 3 abutting to a side surface of an overcurrent relay 30, and a pair of roughly U-shaped hook parts 5 to be hooked on a counter part 34 of the overcurrent relay 30. For using the device installation base, the hook parts 5 are hooked and locked to the cunter part 34 of the overcurrent relay 30, and the abutment part 3 is allowed to abut to the side surface of the overcurrent relay 30 in placing the overcurrent relay 30 on the base main body 1 from a bottom surface. A case 31 of the overcurrent relay 30 can thus be held between the abutment part 3 and the hook parts 5, thereby the overcurrent relay 30 can be easily installed on the base main body 1 without using the installation screw 40.
