PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a point card service to a repeater customer by display recording latest accumulated points on the surface of a new card each time the accumulated points are changed in commercial transaction, and then issuing the card to the customer. SOLUTION: A new second issue card is inserted into a card writing device, and information such as the name and telephone number of a customer, the order date, the name of ordered merchandise, and accumulated points is display- recorded on the surface of the second issue card by a display writing means 8a, and the issue of the second issue card is prepared. Then, a deliverer visits a customer's house with the ordered merchandise and the second issue card, and gives the ordered merchandise and the second issue card to the customer. Also, the deliverer collects the initial card previously given to the customer. Thus, the history information of the past merchandise order is accumulated and recorded, and the latest accumulated point information is added, updated, and stored, in the customer information registered in a customer data base 3.
