PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantaneously stop the actions of a boom and a bucket by providing an opening/closing means controlled by a controller between a spool drive actuator and a spool drive actuator drive power supply. SOLUTION: A joystick 32 is operated, a spool drive signal is outputted to a spool drive actuator from a loader controller 40, and position signals of a lift boom and a bucket are concurrently detected. When the behaviors of the lift boom and the bucket obtained from the position signals largely differ from the spool drive signal by the action of the joystick 32, spool drive power feed relays 41, 42 completely cut off the power feed of the spool drive actuator. A spool is returned to the neutral position by the exciting force of a return spring 43a (45a), the lift boom and the bucket are stopped, and the drive of loader can be stopped.
