PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe hydraulic twin-lift device capable of effecting the elevating/lowering operation without rotating a pair of right and left plungers in which a parent lift and a child lift are elevated/lowered in a synchronous manner. SOLUTION: A parent lift 1 is provided with a parent cylinder 3, a piston to slide in the parent cylinder 3 in an oil-tight manner, and a parent plunger which is erected on and fixed to an upper surface of the piston in an eccentric manner with respect to the central line of the piston. A child lift 2 is provided with a child plunger and a child cylinder 4 through which the child plunger is passed, and a roller is projected sidewise on a lower surface side of the child plunger, and the roller slides along a guide groove.
