PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily manufacturable various kinds of film units with lens, to reduce the equipment cost, and to improve the productivity in the manufacture of a film unit with lens. SOLUTION: A main body base part 12, a black box 21 in which a film winding mechanism 16, a shutter button 17, a counter mechanism 18, a finder 19, etc., are assembled on the upper part of the part 21, a shutter blade 25, a stroboscopic unit 31 and a rear cover and used as common parts, and different lens holders 51 and 52 are attached to the front plate part of the black box, thereby manufacturing a single element lens type film unit with lens, or a two element lens type film unit with lenses.
