PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch sheet, capable of preventing staining of a board caused by an adhesive at the time of mounting a key switch on the board, and capable of effectively assembling in the case of sequential stacking-up of components inside a fixed case body. SOLUTION: This switch sheet 1 comprises a liner 11 having an adhesive surface on one surface, a work tape 12 having a release surface on one surface and an adhesive surface on the other surface, and a spacer 13 having a non- release surface on one surface and release surface on the other surface. The release surface of the work tape 12 is stuck on the adhesive surface of the liner 11, while the non-release surface of the spacer 13 are stuck on the adhesive surface of the work tape 12. The spacer 13 is formed with plural metal dome insertion holes 13a. In this state, the work tape 12 and the spacer 13 are blanked in an equal outer shape.
