PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mediation function technology for information circulation, by which a user can easily obtain information and by which a content supplier can easily grasp the need of the user using multiple terminals. SOLUTION: A content distribution device provided with a management means managing a content supplied in accordance with a previously prepared classification system on content attribute information supplied form a content supplier and with a content resource data base constitution means with which the management means reads content attribute information and which constitutes a content resource data base, a reception means receiving data for need retrieval, which becomes a key for searching desired information that a user desires, a key information supply means retrieving data from the content resource data base by using data for need retrieval and supplying key information for reaching desired information to the user, a transmission means transmitting reached information to the user and a data supply means supplying data for need retrieval and key information to the content supplier, are installed.
