ACRYLIC RESIN MORTAR

PURPOSE: Is provided an acrylic resin mortar which is effective on prevention of being cracked, unfastened and crushed by adding a delaying agent for hardening and an expansion agent to the mixture of acrylic resin, cement and silica sand. CONSTITUTION: The acrylic resin mortar comprises 23-31 wt% of acrylic resin, 23-31 wt% of cement, 30-48 wt% of silica sand, 0-2 wt% of a delaying agent for hardening and 4-8 wt% of an expansion agent. The mortar controlling a rapid water evaporation and a hardening shrinkage is used for pasting the bottom of a building and waterproofing both sides of a wall in the thickness of less than 3mm.
