PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently utilize a narrow site by arranging a T-shaped or L- shaped building in the plane of a first floor part on the site, and forming a space between an area surrounded on the skirt part and the boundary of the site. SOLUTION: A T-shaped or L-shaped building in the plane of a first floor part is arranged on a site, and spaces S, S between areas A, A surrounded on each skirt part W1-W3 in the plane of the building and the boundary of the site are formed. The space is preferably used as a parking space P or a terrace T. Such building is suitable for being constructed by design procedure including a process for designing a building frame giving only the outer shape and a process for determining the layout of an inner space by a contractor. Thus the narrow site can be utilized efficiently, and the layout reflected by the life pattern of the contractor and its family can be realized.
