PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject sheet good in printability in the same manner as that of a conventional self-tacky sheet without swelling a coating or causing fading or discoloration of the coating even when applied to coated metal plates, etc., for automobiles, etc., by including a specific plasticizer in a specified proportion in a vinyl chloride-based resin. SOLUTION: This sheet is obtained by including (B) 50-100 pts.wt., preferably 60-80 pts.wt. of a plasticizer in which a pyromellitic acid ester such as octyl pyromellitate accounts for >=80 wt.% of the total amount of the plasticizer in (A) 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride-based resin such as polyvinyl chloride. Dioctyl phthalate, etc., can be used together with the pyromellitic acid ester in the component B. The thickness of the sheet is preferably about 0.1-0.8 mm. The sheet can be applied to coated metal plates, etc., such as household electric appliances, e.g. refrigerators or doors.
