摘要 Electromagnetic valve control actuator assembly production involves brazing an armature plate (AP) to a tappet (S) of different material and final magnetic annealing of the armature plate (AP) in the same furnace. An electromagnetic valve control actuator assembly, comprising an armature plate (AP) and a tappet (S) of different materials is produced in a brazing furnace by: (a) brazing the armature plate (AP) and tappet (S) by reducing the internal pressure of the furnace loaded with the assembly and a brazing material, heating at up to 100 deg C below the brazing material solidus temperature or the temperature at which the brazing material alloy constituents begin to diffuse, maintaining the temperature to equalize temperature differences in the furnace, heating at up to 200 deg C above the brazing material solidus temperature and maintaining the temperature until the joint is produced; and (b) final magnetic annealing to adjust the magnetic properties of the armature plate (AP) by cooling/heating to the magnetic property adjustment temperature of the armature plate (AP), maintaining the temperature to achieve complete demagnetization of the armature plate (AP) and cooling to room temperature.
