FIELD: wind motors; creation of torque and transmission of this torque to power takeoff consumer. SUBSTANCE: windmill includes wind tunnel with turbine arranged inside it; turbine is formed by blades and is kinematically linked with power takeoff device. Turbine has form of truncated cone formed by continuous lesser base and ring- shaped larger base fastened together by means of blades; one longitudinal edge of blade is located over surface of cone; conicity is directed towards flow of air.
