PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water circulation heater of which a non-self-priming pump for hot water circulation hardly breaks down by surely removing air from a hot water heating circuit. SOLUTION: A hot water storage tank 17 comprises a make-up water port 18 for supplementing water to a hot water circuit, a hot water supply port 19, a hot water return port 20, a path 22 for introducing make-up water to the port 19 prior to the port 20 and a weir 21 provided along the periphery of the port 20. When water is injected into the tank 17 from the port 18, the falling water flows into a hot water circulation non-self-priming pump 12 from the port 19 through the hot water circuit. Air collected in the hot water circuit is discharged to the tank 17 from the port 20 through a bypass circuit 16 which is communicated with a hot water supply circuit 14 and a hot water return circuit 15 and through the circuit 15. Then, in the operation of the pump 12, water is supplied to the pump 12, thereby removing the air collected in the hot water circuit.
