PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively discriminate connection of an exhaust cylinder to a combustor body by providing a resistor in a series closed circuit between the body and an electric connection means via the cylinder and discriminating whether the circuit is suitable or not according to a resistance value sensed by a sensing means. SOLUTION: The exhaust cylinder connection discriminator 76 comprises a sensor 81 electrically connected to a grounded combustor body 77 to sense a resistance value, a lead wire 69 as an electric connection means provided at one end in the sensor 81, a resistor 71 provided between the body 77 and the other end of the wire 69, and a discriminator 83 as a discriminating means. Thus, a resistance value of a series closed circuit formed of the body 77, an exhaust cylinder 67, the sensor 81, the resistor 71 and the wire 69 is sensed by the sensor 81 in the state that the cylinder 67 is connected to the body 77, the discriminator 76 discriminates whether the circuit is suitably connected or not according to the resistance value to discriminate the connecting state of the body 77 to the cylinder 67.
