PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the execution method for the anticorrosion sheet for a tunnel and a form used for effecting the execution method enabling the improvement of workability. SOLUTION: In the execution method of the anticorrosion sheet of a tunnel, a form 20 having two support means 28, 30 and a plurality of support plates 34 being situated at the outside position and inside position in the diameter direction and arranged in its peripheral direction is set at an anticorrosion sheet-affixed place to then be supported by the support means 28, 30. Subsequently, each sheet strip of an anticorrosion sheet 24 formed in a manner having each sheet strip comprising a plurality of sheet strips and becoming shorter than the distance between the support means 28, 30 is carried in between the support plate 34 of the form and the interior peripheral surface of the tunnel. After that, the support plates 34 are placed at the outward position in order to be poured with mortar, and the support plates 34 are set at the inward position after the solidification of mortar.
