SUBSTANCE: invention describes the novel derivatives of 1,2,3,4- -tetrahydroquinoxalidinedione of the formula (I) <EMI ID=0.1 HE=30 WI=37 TI=CHI> where values A, R, R1,R2, X are given in point 1 of the invention claim. Compounds show antagonistic effect with respect to glutamate receptors, high affinity degree to AMPA-receptors that are not NMDA-receptors, strong inhibitory effect directed against neurotoxicity induced by kainic acid, inhibitory effect on audiogenic attack and high degree of solubility.
