To do it, chemoluminescence intensity coefficient is determined in hemoglobin-hydrogen peroxide-luminol model system. Then, a cytokinetic agent is added to the model system in the amount of 0.1-100 ng and the chemoluminescence intensity coefficient is determined for the second time.
