METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF PROTECTION PROPERTIES OF CONSERVATION OILS

摘要

FIELD: long-term conservation of sealed equipment in different climatic zones. SUBSTANCE: one testing cycle involves heating oil amount to 40-60 C, keeping it at this temperature and cooling down to room temperature. 22-28 cycles are used. Then, oils are subjected to corrosion environment treatment according to GOST9.054-75 procedure. Stability rate is calculated as ratio of complex protection properties of oxidized and fresh oils. EFFECT: increased precision for evaluation of stability of protection properties of conservation oils, keeping conditions of express tests in close resemblance to real conditions of oil film life on equipment. 1 tbl
