PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode structure without impairing conductivity by a silicone conductive adhesive and to provide a surface-mounted type vibrator which has high reliability. SOLUTION: The electrode structure is constituted by forming an exciting electrode 4 and a extraction electrode 5, by laminating Au as a 2nd layer on base metal 6 as a 1st layer provided on the surface of a crystal piece 3 and fixing the extended outer peripheral part of the extraction electrode with the silicon-based conductive adhesive. The base metal 6 as the 1st layer is diffused in the Au 7 as the 2nd layer, and part of the base electrode is deposited on the surface of the Au.
