PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna which is small-sized and has high gain and high reliability. SOLUTION: In a planar antenna which respectively provides both principal planes of a substrate 1 with a radiation electrode 2 and an earth electrode and has a structure provided with a power feeding pin 4a which is electrically connected to the radiation electrode 2 and does not come into contact with the earth electrode, it is possible to efficiently and stably offer an antenna that is small-sized and has high gain and high reliability by optimally designing substrate material for the antenna and various conditions for electrodes.
