PURPOSE: A system is provided to automatically select one signal from plural inputted video signals without artificial manipulation for generating and converting into the Picture In Picture(PIP) image. CONSTITUTION: Plural composite video signals inputted through a video input unit(1) such as a camera are converted into digital signals by a decoder(3). Then, a PC synthesizes the data transferred from a Digital Signal Processor(DSP)(23) of plural audio systems for deciding which audio system generating a real audio signal to transfer to a controller(5) of a video system. A frame buffer(4) switches the digital signal into the frame unit of a PIP image or generates the PIP image on a background image according to the transferred content, and the PIP image is converted into the image of the inputted audio direction for being outputted to a video outputting unit(10) such as a TV, a VCR, or a slide projector through an encoder(6) and an analog video switching unit(8). |
