PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate defects of a conventional measuring method, in which an apparatus is large-scaled, expensive and measuring operation is not easy, and measurement accuracy is poor. SOLUTION: A gas detection sensor detects a specific gas in air. Herein, a pool 11 is formed on the way of a groove formed to one surface of a plate- shaped base part 10, and islands 12 are provided to the pool as a flow distribution means and a gas permeable material 20 is glued together to one surface of the base part 10 so as to seal one surfaces of the islands.
