PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and easily prevent a cabinet from falling down without executing works on an installing surface by providing with a supporting plate which is attached on at least a part of a bottom of a cabinet, which is protruded to a side part of the cabinet, and which abuts on the installing surface for the cabinet. SOLUTION: A supporting plate 3 is composed of a base part 3a for attaching on a side surface of a cabinet 1, and a supporting part 3b abutting on an installing surface A by extending in a nearly perpendicular direction from the base part 3a. Bolts 4 for fixing the supporting plate 3 on the side surface of a bottom of the cabinet 1 are inserted in the base part 3a, the supporting plates 3 are attached over the nearly whole circumference of the cabinet 1, and the bolts 4 are screwed into nuts 2 of the side surface of the cabinet 1. Hereby, a grounding point is greatly spaced from the side surface of the cabinet 1 to its outside by the supporting plate 3b, and a distance which can be moved to a horizontal direction in a position of center of gravity until falling down is greatly secured, so that a big preventing function against falling down is obtained. Moreover, since the supporting plates 3 are merely contacted with the installing surface A and works to the installing surface A is unnecessary, an excited state of an installing cost can be suppressed.
