A white water channel arrangement comprises a channel; an outlet end which runs to a white water silo; walls; a channel bottom arranged at an angle of inclination that exceeds a critical angle of inclination; and additional outlet(s) that divides the channel's bottom into first and second portions each having an angle of inclination that exceeds the critical angle of inclination. A white water channel arrangement comprises (a) a channel with an inlet (1) arranged in connection to an outlet (2) for white water from a paper machine (3); (b) an outlet end (4), provided with a main outlet (6), which runs to a container device (5), preferably a white water silo; (c) walls (5A) between the channel ends; (d) a channel bottom (8) arranged at an angle of inclination that must exceed a critical angle of inclination to avoid sedimentation on the bottom of the channel; and (e) additional outlet(s) (9) between the main outlet (7) and the inlet end. The additional outlets are provided in such a way that the channel's bottom is divided into first (8A) and second (8B) portions. These portions are arranged in relation to each other so that the angle of inclination (alpha1, alpha2) for each of the portions exceeds the critical angle of inclination. |
