PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a signal flowing through a signal line from being delayed or the waveform thereof from being distorted by fixing a memory board such that one major surface of a first socket does not face one major surface of a mother board and one major surface of a second socket faces one major surface of the mother board. SOLUTION: A memory board 2 is fixed to a first socket 10 such that a first protrusion 12 is fitted in a cut 9 by facing the side of the memory board 2 not arranged with a memory element 7 against the surface of a mother board 1 (front to front) and then the memory board 2 is inserted into the first socket 10 such that the memory board 2 will be in parallel with the mother board 1. On the other hand, the memory board 2 is fixed to a second socket 13 such that a second protrusion 15 is fitted in the cut 9 by facing the memory element 7 of the memory board 2 against the mother board 1 (back to back) and then the memory board 2 is inserted into the second socket 13.
