MOLD FOR MAGNETIC-FIELD GENERATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold for magnetic-field generator which can produce a highly oriented molded product without increasing the number of processes and cost. SOLUTION: A mold 21 is used for an magnetic-field generator and has an internal cavity 31 to which a molding resin material 2 containing magnetic powder is supplied. When the material 2 is supplied, a magnetic filed is applied upon the cavity 21 from a prescribed direction. The sections P1 of the mold 21 from which the lines of magnetic force forming the magnetic field are apt to leak out are formed by using a first material having a relatively small residual magnetic flux density Br. The other section of the mold 21 is formed by using a second material having a larger residual magnetic flux density Br than the first material has.
