摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety device surely reducing a speed of dropping relating to even the dropping from low altitude of 50 m or less, and absorbing a shock at landing time. SOLUTION: A lowering speed reducing means comprises an auxiliary parachute device 5. In the auxiliary parachute device, a parachute main unit 8 extending a sheet material over a first framework unit 6 is connected to a support means through a line 9. A dropping shock relaxing means consists of an air shock absorber. This air shock absorber, covering the periphery of a second framework unit with the sheet material so as to form a filling space of air in the inside, is mounted in at least the bottom part of the support means. The first/second both framework units are composed of endless loop framework material. This loop framework material can be instantaneously changed in a contracted condition and an extended condition from this contracted condition by elastic restoration force by utilizing flexibility and torsional flexibility.
