PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and rapidly discharge waste by sliding a container provided with a closable opening near the lower part, with respect to a container supporting base to open the closable opening. SOLUTION: A container 16 is constituted to discharge waste in the container 16 from a lower closable opening 12 by connecting one end 15 side of two opening/closing plates 14 of the closable opening 12 rotatably to the closable opening 12 by hinges 26 and rotating the opening/closing plates 14 downward. A base 18 is connected to the opening/closing plates 14 of the container 16 by two links 20 to support the container 16 in the air. When the own weight of the container 16 is added in a direction of sliding the container 16 downward with respect to the base 18, one end 15 side of each opening/closing plate 14 is pushed down, while the other end 17 side of each opening/closing plate 14 is pulled up by the link 20, and the other end 17 side of each opening/closing plate 14 is pressed to the closable opening 12 to close each opening/closing plate 14. When the container 16 is slided upward, one end 15 side of each opening/closing plate 14 is moved up, while the other end 17 side is pressed downward by the link 20 to open each opening/closing plate 14 while rotating it around the hinge 26.
