PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a process by reducing the number of capacitors mounted on a circuit board for improved mounting density. SOLUTION: The capacitor comprises a laminated body where at least 5 layers of almost rectangular dielectric ceramic layers are laminated, rectangular internal electrode layers 12-15 so provided between dielectric porcelain layers that a part of it is exposed from the end surface of the laminated body, four external electrodes 2-5 formed at each end surface of the laminated body as to be connected to the internal electrode layers 12-15. Here, each of internal electrode layers 12-15 is rotated by 90 deg. in constant direction, in the order of lamination.
