PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sufficient welded strength by cutting a welding portion of a plate to which a terminal of an electric apparatus is welded to make it thin, making a hole for preventing heat drop in the vicinity of the welding portion, and welding the terminal. SOLUTION: In welding of an earth terminal 6 and a base plate 8, a welding portion 10 of the base plate 8 is cut to make it thin, and a hole 12 for preventing heat drop is opened in the vicinity of the welding portion 10. The earth terminal 6 is welded to the welding portion 10. Since the welding portion 10 is made thinner than the other part and the hole 12 for preventing heat drop is opened so that heat applied by welding is not scattered to the other part, applied heat is concentrated on the welding portion 10, and welding is well conducted so that sufficient strength can be obtained.
