PURPOSE: A device for generating a 3D audio signal using all pass filter is provided to prevent the generation of metallic sound by composing the all pass filter in a nested method. CONSTITUTION: An all pass filter unit(200) is composed of a first subtracter(205), a first delay(210), a second subtracter(215), a second delay(220), a first multiplexor(225), a second multiplexor(230), a first adder(235), a third multiplexor(240), a second adder(245), and a third delay(250), and a fourth multiplexor(255). The all pass filter unit receives an added signal from a tapped delay line unit(100) for outputting a nested last echo as a third delay signal(251) to an adder(300). And, the adder generates an output signal(301) by adding an input sound and the third delay signal. Therefore, the space density of sound placed on a time axis is increased, and the generation of metallic sound is prevented.
