PURPOSE: An assist handle is provided to offer a convenience of a user and to improve the reliability of a product by performing an exact returning operation with the returning force of a return spring fixed a body of handle in a body of vehicle. CONSTITUTION: When a body of handle(10) is not used, the body of handle(10) is located as a solid line. A force pulled a spring guide shaft(14) is maintained by hanging a one end of a return spring(22) in the spring guide shaft(14). When the body of handle(10) is located in a virtual line by pulling the body of handle(10), the spring guide shaft(14) is raised by overcoming the returning force of the return spring(22). The spring guide shaft(14) is vertically lifted by receiving a guidance of a guide groove(20) formed in a bracket(16). The convenience for holding is given by widening the body of handle(10) from an inside of a loop. When a hand is removed from the holding body of handle(10), the body of handle(10) is returned to an original position by the elastic returning force of the return spring(22).
