PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finishing structure for an outer wall of a building of excellent appearance capable of absorbing the generation of expansion/ contraction or cracking at joint parts by groove parts, of eliminating the extension of cracking or the like to outer wall surfaces, and of preventing the removal of tiles. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a number of arranged siding boards 1, 1' each having a cut step part at an upper layer part at a peripheral part, groove parts 6 having a joint surface at a bottom surface center part where caulking material is filled in a joint part 2 formed between one siding board 1 and another siding board 1' adjacent to it, and filler layers 7 in which a mesh body 8 and elastic mortar 9 are laminated and filled in order in the groove parts 6. It is also composed of tiles 12 horizontally bound and laminated to be continuous with the uppermost surfaces of the filler layers 7 and the surfaces of the siding boards 1, 1' around them.
