PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give tension without twisting a holding rod when a nut is fastened by additionally providing a tool fixing part at a tip of the rod ahead of a screw part. SOLUTION: As a tool fixing part 20, e.g. a square shaped protrusion is provided at a tip of a holding rod 3 ahead of a screw part. In applying tension to the rod 3, a developed structure 2 is preliminarily brought into contact with a space ship 1, then the rod 3 and a pull-out spring are inserted from the side of the developed structure 2 into a rod cutter hole. Thereafter, a washer 6 and a nut 5 are mounted around the tip of the rod 3, the nut 5 is turned and fastened by a tool such as spanner or the like while fixing a tool fixing part 20 by another spanner or the like so that the rod 3 may not rotate, and then tension is applied to the rod 3. With the constitution, only axial force designed for the rod 3 is applied without applying a torsional force caused by influence of friction coefficient or the like.
