PURPOSE: A method for supplying telephone fee discounting services is provided, so that a subscriber can call long distance calls and international calls with cheapest costs, by making the subscriber dial a service number supplied with a cheapest method. CONSTITUTION: A method for supplying telephone fee discounting services comprises the steps of: making a subscriber dial a number required; controlling the dialing operation with a cheapest service by data, previously stored according to the dialed number; connecting to an internet line through a receiving local exchange and a local station internet exchange according to the dialed number; and connecting other person through a receiving local internet exchange and a receiving local exchange by the internet line.
