PURPOSE: A control apparatus of a double-headed molding circular knitting machine is provided, which is molded with positive and negative expression, controls freely density of a knitting cloth, and produces a cylinder form knitting cloth without joint simultaneously knitting a completed mold with single unit of body part and rubber hem. CONSTITUTION: A control apparatus of: the double-headed molding circular knitting machine includes a cylinder operation unit(82) which is installed at a upper CAM box, a central CAM box and a lower CAM box, and moving above and below in accordance with a guide road being a slide including a double-headed needle and many jacks at the same time operating the cylinder which is installed to rotate in the fixed direction; an encoder(78) which reads the number of the double-headed needle varying in the direction of above and below in accordance with the guide road to generate the fixed pulse during the cylinder rotate; a actuator(80) which is installed at the lower CAM box to control whether a location of in the direction of upper of the needle change or not; a central processing unit(70) which generates a control signal for knitting in accordance with programmed chart to provide at a main processing unit, controls operation of the knitting machine by an input signal and provides a display information for inputting an operation state of the present; a main processing unit(71) which is provided with a control signal for knitting provided from the central processing unit to provide a operation signal controlling form of knitting and a motion signal for moving the cylinder and to be provided with a signal such as state sense of the double-headed needle, tension of a thread, pressure of air and the number of the double-headed needle and an encoding signal from the encoder; and a signal processing unit(83) which is provided with the operation signal provided from the main processing unit to provide the signal to each the operation unit.
