PURPOSE: A system for retrieving and accessing 080 toll-free telephone numbers is provided to retrieve a 080 toll-free telephone network by using a computer connected with the internet, and to automatically connecting the 080 toll-free telephone network when a user wants to connect the network, on the basis of a voice over internet protocol(VOIP). CONSTITUTION: A system for retrieving and automatically accessing 080 toll-free telephone numbers based on a voice over internet protocol(VOIP) on the internet, comprises a client(100), a web server(200), a 080 toll-free telephone database(300), a member database(400), a directory database(500), and a VOIP server(600). The client connected to an Internet network requests information through the internet. The web server receives an identification(ID) number of the client to permit a connection, and supplies the information to the client. The 080 toll-free telephone database stored in the web server stores information on the 080 toll-free telephone numbers. If the client connects with the web server to apply for a membership, the member database includes personal information of the client. The directory database stored in the web server is composed of a tree structure capable of retrieving the 080 toll-free telephone numbers. The VOIP server connects the 080 toll-free telephone numbers according to a request of the client.
