The long branch allows the superior 1/3 part to be intramedullary set and inferior 2/3 part to be extramedullary set. The short branch length is not greater than the intramedullary part of the branch. Opening for screw to be inserted into the superior 1/3 part of the long branch is coaxial with the opening in the short branch. The inferior 2/3 part of the long branch has two additional openings for screw to be inserted. All openings are produced as longitudinal slots providing for retaining dynamic muscular compression effect. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; high stability of osteosynthesis. 1 dwg
