CONTINUOUSLY VARIABLE TRANSMISSION WITH INFINITE TRANSMISSION GEAR RATIO

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a speed reduction ratio of a constant transmission and to restrain an increase in size of a transmission while avoiding an interference between a toroidal type continuously variable transmission and a member at a unit output shaft side. SOLUTION: An upper link 31 connecting upper parts of trunnions 30, 30 facing to each other and an upper link post 28 oscillatably supporting the upper link 31 at a casing 14 side are disposed so as to face to a member at a unit output shaft side. Whole of a toroidal type continuously variable transmission 2 is inclined such that the upper sides of the trunnions 30 face toward the unit output shaft side.
