PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping cloth supply device capable of improving the piping work efficiency and having a cutting device capable of adjusting its cutting position corresponding to the change of a size and a loading position of the cloth. SOLUTION: A piping cloth supply device 1 conveys the piping cloth M2 for pocket once set on a piping cloth loading table 2 to a sewing preparation part S by a piping cloth conveying device 3. The piping cloth supply device 1 comprises a cutting device 5 for cutting a second cut position of the piping cloth placed on the piping cloth loading table 2, and a piping cloth pressing device 4 for pressing the piping cloth M2 on the piping cloth loading table 2 when the second cutting position of the piping cloth M2 is cut. Further it comprises a cutting position switching means for switching a set position of the piping cloth M2 in two stages corresponding to a front standard and a rear standard.
