PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finely cutting apparatus using a rotating cutter and suitable for finely cutting an object to be treated including hard and soft materials and also wet materials such as branches of roadside trees and wastes generated by demolishing houses. SOLUTION: The rotating cutter 5 comprises a rotation base 10 produced by overlaying disks around a center axis 6. Blades 7 are attached to the outer circumference of the disks and recessed parts 12 are formed in the front sides in the rotation direction of the blades 7. A gas jetting hole 13 for jetting a highly pressurized gas is formed in each recessed part 12. The fragments finely cut by the blades 7 are pooled in the recessed parts 12 and then removed by the gas pressure, so that clogging can be prevented.
