PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate positioning between a grip holder and a grip height adjusting hole. SOLUTION: A pipe insertion hole 10 is formed of an internal arc surface 10a, an external arc surface 10b, and front and rear side vertical surfaces 10c and 10d. The tip end section 11a of a fastening pin section 11 is inserted into a grip height adjusting hole 6 when a supporting pipe is located inside, and holds a grip holder 3 under a fastened state to the supporting pipe, and the tip end section 11a is removed from the grip height adjusting hole when the supporting pipe is located outside, and the grip holder becomes slidable in the vertical direction. A vertical pin section 12 is provided at an area in the vicinity of a virtual extended axis VL1 of the fastening pin section. When being locked, the lever arc surface 13b of a lock lever 13 comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the supporting pipe from the opposide side from the fastening pin section, and the end section 13c of the lever arc surface is located at a location in the vicinity of a virtual horizontal line VL2 connecting the axis L1 of the supporting pipe and the axis L2 of the vertical pin section, and at the same time, exceeding the virtual horizontal line in the locking direction.
