PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To blend concrete constitutional powder excellently in the short period of time without requiring installation cost. SOLUTION: A plural kinds of concrete constitutional powder bodies A, B constituting concrete and mortar are placed in a vessel main body 2 forming a vessel 1. An opening part 2a of the vessel main body 2 is closed by a lid body 3. Then, blending liquid L such as liquid nitrogen is injected from an injection and ejection port 3a of the lid body 3; subsequently, blending liquid L is boiled through the agency of circumferential heat, so that concrete constitutional powder bodies A, B are stirred and blended by a fluid energy through boiling.
