PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soundproof panel capable of increasing a soundproof effect, preventing the generation of sounds uncomfortable on hearing sensation by a coincidence effect in a treble region and improving the sound shielding performance in a bass region. SOLUTION: A frame 1 is formed of vertical rails 2, horizontal rails 3 and a middle bone 4 to a framework of a square shape. Thin front surface plates 5A and 5B are affixed to both inner and outer surfaces of the frame l and middle rails 6A and 6B consisting of plural sheets of rectangular strip-shaped reinforcing plates are respectively attached to their rear surfaces. The respective middle rails 6A and 6B are arranged in a liberated and alternately non- confronting state without contact between the vertical rails 2 and between the horizontal rails 3 facing each other of the frame 1.
