PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a working accuracy by minimizing an influence of machine structure such as resonance or thermal displacement. SOLUTION: A z-axis moving member 4 is provided on a bed 1 movably in a z-axis direction parallel to a main spindle axis A. A y-axis moving member 5 is provided on the z-axis moving member 4 movably in a y-axis direction crossed with the z-axis at right angles. A first tool 10 is fitted in a lower front of the y-axis moving element 5 so as to cut a work W by moving the y-axis moving element 5 in a high precision working. An x-axis moving element 6 is supported by the y-axis moving element 5 movably in an x-axis direction crossed with the z-axis and the y-axis at right angles. A turret 7 is provided rotatably on a front face of the x-axis moving element 6. A second tool 11 is fitted on a circumferential periphery of the turret 7 so as to cut the work W by moving the x-axis moving element 6 in normal working.
