PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a decorating effect on a metal decorating part by clarifying contrast of the metal decorating part with a body part, in the metal decorating resin product such as a wheel cap which comprises a cap body having a coating film (the body part) and a cover body having a metal plating film (the metal decorating part). SOLUTION: This product is formed with a valley part spreading over a predetermined length by a sloping part 13a of a body part 10 and an end (a peripheral sloping part 23a) of a metal decorating part 20. A crossed axes angle formed by a face including the sloping part 13a of the body part 10 and a face including the peripheral sloping part 23a of the metal decorating part 20 is set at the angle of 5-30 deg., and by forming a dark shade at the valley part, contrast of the metal decorating part 20 with the body part 10 is clarified.
