PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a video edition system capable of suppressing the cost required at the time of non-linearly editing a video information to be used at a site at the place other than the site low. SOLUTION: An each non-linearly editing machine 6 having a hard disk 7 on which picture information of photograph, prescribed information and audio information which are read with a scanner 5 are recorded is installed in a funeral parlor 2. Then, a control signal for making the non-linearly editing machine perform an editing operation is transmitted from a computer 3 installed in an operation center 1 existing at the place different from the funeral parlor 2 to the machine via a telephone line 4. Thus, the produced video information are outputted to a DV tape 9 by a deck 8 to produce a memorial video.
