PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display stock price data with characters of a line width larger than 1-bit width. SOLUTION: This stock price data display method expands the time width on a character display level of the video signal VOUT-P of 1-dot width expressing a character by resetting the Q output of a D flip-flop 100 by delaying a reset signal RESET-N, obtains the OR of this and the signal VOUT-P by a gate 102 to be a video signal VIDEO-P and displays this on a CRT. Thus, the display width in the horizontal direction of the character displayed on the CRT is enlarged to be easy to see.
