PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert a tubular body easily and smoothly and to improve work efficiency by boring an insertion object portion with the tubular body having a tip bit, and inserting and installing the tubular body through a bored hole. SOLUTION: A tubular anchor member 1 having a tip bit 1B and air discharge ports BH1-BH3 is provided. The natural ground BG on the back is bored by the tubular anchor member 1 through an existing lining object C1, and the tubular anchor member 1 is inserted into the natural ground BG except for its head section 1H through this bored hole. When the insertion through the bored hole is completed, the tubular anchor member 1 is left in the natural ground BG without being extracted, and the head section 1H is fixed to the surface of the existing lining object C1 to firmly integrate the natural ground BG and the existing lining object C1. A tubular body can be inserted easily and smoothly, and work efficiency can be improved.
